Job Description
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Working location: Woods Square
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and understood
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making
Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives
Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories to communicate project needs to the technical teams
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Identify potential risks to business projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
Ensuring that solutions meet the business requirements and function as expected
Conduct research on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to support the development of business strategies
Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can be leveraged to improve business processes and outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
