Job Description
How you can add value:
· Assist wealth managers in executing trades and managing documentation for account opening, onboarding, KYC, and other regulatory tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
· Review and reconcile quarterly revenue reports meticulously to identify and rectify discrepancies.
· Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to record trades and other relevant activities, maintaining precise and up-to-date records.
· Provide support in client marketing initiatives, including the preparation of presentation decks.
· Organize appointments and meetings.
· Perform other administrative tasks such as record-keeping, coordinating couriers, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What you bring:
· A Diploma in Banking and Finance and/or 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry or within a MAS-regulated company is preferred.
· Strong desire to learn, exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative support skills.
· Proficiency in office application software, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
· Familiarity with private banks’ e-Banking platforms and reports is advantageous.
· Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effectively communicating with Chinese-speaking clients and wealth managers.
