Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working location: Alexandra

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across different levels and departments
Develop comprehensive training plans and strategies to address identified needs and support business objectives
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop or customise training content and materials
Design, implement, and facilitate learning programs, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online
Create or update training curricula to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
Analyse participant feedback and learning outcomes to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods
Partner with HR business partners, department heads, and senior management to understand organisational needs and align learning initiatives
Communicate training schedules, programs, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and information
Ability to analyse training needs and program effectiveness using data-driven insights
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Salary:
4.200,00 SGD Monthly
