Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Woods Square

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and project information
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing key metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are effectively allocated
Facilitate clear communication between departments, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project statuses and changes
Oversee office supplies and inventory, coordinating orders and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace
Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all business operations

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and CRM software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
Salary:
4.500,00 SGD Monthly
