Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Woods Square

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to drive engagement and brand awareness
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media channels
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to meet targeted business outcomes such as lead generation and conversions
Track key metrics using analytics tools to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brand
Ensure all content and messaging are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity across all platforms
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance strategies
Work with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to align social media activities with broader marketing efforts
Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and key partners to increase brand visibility
Manage social media budgets, ensuring that spending aligns with business objectives and delivers a high return on investment

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above
Ability to create engaging and creative content, with strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design proficiency
Experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of setting up and optimizing paid social media ads and campaigns across various platforms
A strong awareness of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep strategies updated
Salary:
4.500,00 SGD Monthly
