Job Description

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Woods Square

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
Maintain a talent pool and coordinate with hiring manager on hiring requirements
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment
Coordinate employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement plans
Assist managers in setting goals and monitoring employee performance
Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel data
Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce demographics
Assist in strategic HR projects, including organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning
Organize and lead job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company’s brand and attract talent, from planning to execution
Assist with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Salary:
4.500,00 SGD Monthly
