Job Description

Looking for : Quantity Surveyor (Full time / Part time)

Job Description :
· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
· Ensure timely and completeness of taking off quantity, sourcing for quotation from specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors, price comparison, costing summary, understanding tender documents and tender submission.
· Prepare project budget and monitoring on regular basis.
· Recommend award sub-contractors and prepare sub-contracts agreement.
· Site measurement and site meeting with Clients and consultants.
· Payment response for sub-contractor’s progress claims.
· Prepare progress claim, variations orders, and project final account
· Keeping and maintaining all contract and sub-contract documentation, manage the transmission of all documents and drawings to the client and consultants.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
• Individuals of the highest calibre who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills.
• PC literate in Word / Excel / Power Point /AutoCAD etc.
• Bilingualism (English and Mandarin).
• No experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Good team player and able to work independently with positive attitude.
