Job Description

As a Business Development, you will be responsible for:
• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Build and support strong relationships with existing and prospective clients,
understanding their needs and goals.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their
unique selling points and benefits.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the
company and the client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to
ensure effective communication and seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new
business opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
• Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training and
professional development opportunities.
Salary:
