Job Description

Looking for HR Executive for 5-months Maternity cover, To support in HR Matters. This Candidate would have the opportunity to explore, learn and gain knowledge and skills for all HR Aspects.

Jobscope:
Administer & support in TMS and Payroll Software, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately,.
Handling orientation for staffs
Handling and managing Recruitment process
Handle the staff documentation of payroll matters and administration
Assist to work with operations in manpower needs
Manage office administration including keeping inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Support HR Manager in HR Operations
Any other duties assigned by HRM.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
Organize and independent.
Good communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changes.
Knowledge and experience in using Info-Tech preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Singaporean only
