Job Description

-- A regional agency specializing in experiential marketing, strategic events, and innovative branding campaigns.
-- Partners with global brands like Adidas, Shake Shack, JW Marriott, HP, and Comic-Con, etc.
-- Awards winning company – Asia Pacific Stevie Awards, Marketing Magazine, Local Hero Awards, etc
-- Offices in SG, Malaysia & Greater China and Jakarta (Upcoming)
-- 5 days work week | Singapore, Arab Street
-- Salary is commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
-- Manage all HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia and China. (Approx 50 staffs)
-- Work closely with team leads on talents recruitment process, training and performance evaluation plans.
-- Drive improvements in talents experience through internal communications and engagement programmes.
-- Deliver efficient and effective on boarding experience for all new hires.
-- Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensure accurate payroll and timely processing.
-- Champion and lead ad-hoc passion projects across the region.

Requirements:
-- 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development/ Talents Engagement/ Internal Communications/ Stakeholder Engagement/Performance Measurement in a dynamic culture and creative environment.
-- A Degree in Human Resource is preferred.
-- Expertise in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies, including performance motivation, training, retention, and leadership development.
-- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong knowledge of employment regulations.
-- Occasional Traveling (Once every 2-3 months)
