Job Description:
As a HR Manager at Starlight Group, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will oversee the HR department and ensure the efficient delivery of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridgemanagement and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage and improve employee performance management systems.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
