职位概述我们正在寻找一位具有丰富经验和创新意识的棋牌赛事平台产品经理，负责规划和管理棋牌类赛事平台的产品设计及运营。该职位需要深刻理解棋牌行业的用户需求和市场趋势，设计并推动高质量的产品方案落地，为用户提供流畅、优质的赛事体验，同时提升平台的市场竞争力和业务指标。工作职责产品规划与设计：根据棋牌赛事的特点和用户需求，制定平台产品的整体规划与功能设计。设计适合棋牌赛事的核心功能模块，如赛事创建、报名管理、积分系统、排名展示等。需求分析与管理：深入分析目标用户（棋牌爱好者、赛事组织者）的行为和需求，撰写需求文档并制定优先级。跟踪行业动态与竞品分析，挖掘新机会并推动产品迭代优化。项目管理：制定产品开发计划，协调研发、设计、测试等团队，确保产品按时交付并符合质量要求。解决开发过程中遇到的问题，推动团队高效合作。用户体验优化：通过数据分析和用户反馈，持续优化产品功能与体验，提升用户参与度和满意度。赛事运营支持：配合运营团队策划并支持线上/线下棋牌赛事活动，确保产品功能与运营活动无缝对接。设计和优化赛事奖励机制、规则管理功能，增强平台吸引力。跨部门协作：与市场、技术、客服等部门合作，共同推动产品的市场推广、用户增长和问题解决。任职要求教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、产品设计、管理学等相关专业优先。工作经验： 3年以上互联网产品经理工作经验，有棋牌类产品或赛事平台产品经验者优先。熟悉棋牌行业规则和赛事运作模式，了解用户群体特征。专业技能：熟悉产品设计及研发流程，能够独立完成从需求分析到上线的产品全生命周期管理。精通产品管理工具，如Axure、Figma、JIRA等，具备数据分析能力，熟悉常见数据分析工具（如Google Analytics、Tableau）。能力要求：出色的逻辑思维能力和创新意识，能够快速理解和解决复杂问题。优秀的沟通协调能力，能够推动跨部门高效协作。对棋牌行业发展趋势和用户需求变化有敏锐洞察力。附加要求：热爱棋牌或对棋牌赛事有深刻理解，熟悉主流棋牌平台的产品功能和用户痛点。有成功棋牌或赛事平台项目案例者优先。
