Job Description

We are a Building and Interior Works firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and visionary individual to join our fast expansion team as Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, aligning with company goals.

• Leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

• Performance Monitoring: Oversee project progress, providing regular updates to senior management team and addressing any deviations from the plans.

• Budget Oversight: Monitor project financials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong communication, financial acumen and budgeting skills

Salary Range - $8,000 to $11,000
