Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a curious and driven individual to join us in the Singapore office. The role will be based in Singapore with a need for regional travel, and will also involve working with our other offices in Tokyo and Shanghai. The role will require the candidate to play a key role in supporting our senior managers and/or directors on project designing, execution, and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage research projects from set-up to execution, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and high data quality.
• Liaise with external partners, oversee fieldwork logistics, and document key findings.
• Support analysis by identifying emerging themes and contributing to strategic insights.
• Prepare compelling reports, translating research outcomes into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to company initiatives, stay updated on cultural trends, and enhance professional skills.
Relevant Experience:
• 2-3 years of brand strategy, qualitative research experience
• Familiar with qualitative methods
• Academic background from communications, social sciences, and liberal arts such as literature, anthropology, ethnographic, sociology, or journalism is preferred
• Ability to think critically and to view ideas from different perspective
• Strong analysis skills
• Experience in semiotics would be a bonus
