Job Description
- Responsible for sales management
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- To understand clients' needs and liaise with designers for ID presentation opportunities.
- Submission and price negotiation with clients.
- To work closely with designers and project managers to achieve high-quality project completion, taking care of clients and delivering projects seamlessly.
- To schedule workflows, ensuring the smooth coordination of renovation projects and handling client interactions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company management
Job Requirement :
At least 2 years of sales experience in the same industry (renovation & interior design) is preferred.
Positive working attitude, hardworking and creative
Leadership skill
Team player
Experience in managing team
Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
