Job Description
- A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building
projects across both public and private sectors.
- 5 days work week/ HQ Based – Laptop provided
- Location: North-East/ Upper Thomson

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Implement commercial policies, manage financial forecasting, and drive cost control.
- Identify potential risks, strategize mitigations, and maximize opportunities.
- Administer and manage head contracts, ensuring smooth execution and resolution of
contractual matters.
- Manage cash flow forecasts, monthly reporting, and final account closure.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve optimal
project outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on contractual issues and assist in negotiations for favorable
outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and participate in external audits as required.
Requirements
- At least Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management or its equivalent
- Related working experience in Singapore building constructions projects
