Job Description
-- A reputable main contractor with over 40+ years of history, specializes in public and private residential projects, as well as show flats and sales offices, etc
-- Up to $4,500 + variable bonus

Responsibilities
-- Support tendering, cost control, and subcontractor coordination across ongoing projects.
-- Prepare and review tender submissions, including taking off quantities and pricing
-- Conduct cost estimates, BOQ preparation, and variation claims
-- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and negotiate pricing
-- Evaluate and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes for accuracy and scope
-- Track and manage project costs and progress claims
-- Assist in contract administration and support project team in documentation
-- Perform site measurements, verification, and cost updates
-- Attend site meetings when required to support commercial decisions
Requirements
-- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Construction Management
-- 2–3 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore
