Responsibilities
-- Assisting the Project Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring project schedules.
-- Ensuring that construction work adheres to design specifications and relevant engineering standards.
-- Collaborating with various teams, including contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project progression.
-- Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
-- Ensuring that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
-- Regularly updating stakeholders on project status and any potential issues or delays.
Requirements
-- At least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building/Construction/Civil Engineering
-- At least 1 years of experience in local Singapore building projects (Residential, Commercial)
-- Familiar with AutoCAD
