Job Description
Responsibilities
- To fulfill Tea-lady’s main task of serving drinks to visitors and senior management.
- To upkeep the tidiness & cleanliness of pantry (including microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker etc.) and meeting rooms.
- Ensure all pantry supplies (beverages, biscuits and detergents etc.) are replenished in a timely manner.
- To provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the offices and surroundings.
- To conduct stock take of pantry supplies on a monthly basis.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in similar tasks/field is an added advantage.
- Pleasant disposition.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good Communication.
- Good time management and able to multi-task.
