Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Business Development Executive. You will play an integral role in supporting the team's efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing industry trends, client management and assisting in the development of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in wildlife and environmental management, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead wildlife and bird management projects ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and with excellent client satisfaction.
- Conduct onsite assessments to identify challenges and recommend customised, effective solutions that will meet the client’s needs.
- Collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project execution and exceed client expectations.
- Manage a diverse client base as their primary point of contact—address concerns, provide timely updates, and build lasting relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities, drive portfolio growth, and contribute to maintaining our market leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Polytechnic or equivalent
- Prior experience in pest control, wildlife management, or related industries is an advantage.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure project delivery.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and adaptability to work in diverse outdoor environments.
