Job Description
-- A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
-- 5.5/ 6 days’ work week (Can leave after 2pm on Sat, provided there are no urgent tasks or deadlines to meet (5.5 day work week) – BTO, Commercial, Residential Proj, Centralized site location (Managing one site)
-- Experience outside of building construction, such as in LTA infrastructure or other fields, will also be considered

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
-- Carry out project planning, scheduling, cost control, good documentation system and project management.
-- Ensure that all aspects meet the government regulations and standards.
-- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.
-- Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery.
-- Overall planning and controlling of the cost of project execution.
-- Manage and lead a group of engineers and construction managers.
-- Overall co-ordination of the work progress.
-- Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project work.
-- Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.
-- Provide timely project progress reporting to management.
-- Attending site meetings.
-- Detect project problems and ensure effective corrective measures are executed.
-- Other ad-hoc duties required to carry out.
Requirements
-- At least Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
-- Minimum 5 to 8 years of Building Construction projects experience, preferably in HDB BTO and private residential, government, commercial and building D & B projects etc
-- Experience outside of building construction, such as LTA infrastructure or other related fields, will also be considered
