Job Description

Job Responsibilities: -
- Conduct field surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and features.
- Prepare reports, maps, and legal descriptions from survey data.
- Analyze data to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Obtain permits and coordinate with authorities.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Keep detailed records of data and field notes.

Job Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
-Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
-Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD, GIS).
-Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
-Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Valid surveying license or certification (if applicable in your region).
