Job Description
-- A reputable A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
-- 5 days work week/ HQ Based – Laptop provided
-- Location: North-East

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
-- Oversee commercial and contractual activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
-- Implement commercial policies, manage financial forecasting, and drive cost control.
-- Identify potential risks, strategize mitigations, and maximize opportunities.
-- Administer and manage head contracts, ensuring smooth execution and resolution of contractual matters.
-- Manage cash flow forecasts, monthly reporting, and final account closure.
-- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve optimal project outcomes.
-- Provide strategic guidance on contractual issues and assist in negotiations for favorable outcomes.
-- Train and develop contract administration and project teams in commercial best practices.
-- Ensure adherence to legal standards and participate in external audits as required.
Requirements
-- At least Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management or its equivalent
-- Related working experience in Singapore building constructions projects
