Job Description

Responsibilities
1.) Responsible for the quotation/proposal preparation and submission
2.) Collate price comparison and costing summary
3.) Prepare costing of projects, prepare proposal and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
4.) Filing, handling email correspondence and data entry
5.) General administrative duties

Competency Requirements
-GCE “O” Levels/ITE/Diploma in any discipline
-At least 2 years of relevant working experience
-Meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
-Attended QEHS related awareness training
