Job Description
1.Proficiency in English and Mandarin (not a necessity but conversational skills in mandarin would be preffered)
2.Ensuring on time opening and closing of the store.
3.Pleasant, patient and approachable personality towards all customers coming into the store.
4.Monitoring customer activities to providing help and suggestions when necessary or asked, informing all clients about ongoing promotions and deals and processing customer orders at cashiers desk.
5.Taking care of visual merchandising for best display of products at all times. Keeping the store clean, tidy and well arranged is a must.
Should be able to pick up product knowledge and learn operations of the store, POS system.
6.A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to communicate successfully with customers and senior management.
7.Addressing and resolving customers enquiries/complaints in a professional manner.
8.Performing cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness at all times.
9.Salary/benefits - Competitive fixed compensation + Sales commission.
