Job Description
1. Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and targets for the Southeast Asian market based on the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring the successful execution of overseas sales initiatives.
2. Lead the team in expanding market channels, developing, and maintaining clients in Southeast Asian countries.
3. Oversee the sales and management of the company’s products in Southeast Asia, including formulating detailed implementation plans, risk warnings, contract negotiations, and sales process control to achieve company-set sales targets.
4. Collect customer demand information, participate in discussions on major product directions and company policies.
5. Gather and analyze international industry trends and market intelligence to enhance brand promotion efforts.
6. Establish and manage the company’s sales team in Southeast Asia, including recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation, ensuring the achievement of team sales targets.
7. Contribute to the optimization of overseas sales business processes and continuously improve the overseas sales operation and management system.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Over 3 years of overseas sales experience; candidates with a background in biology or medicine are preferred.
3. Strong business acumen, with the ability to independently develop international markets and execute marketing strategies.
4. Proficient in foreign trade processes and familiar with Southeast Asian local laws, regulations, and compliance policies.
5. Strong skills in business negotiation, interpersonal communication, resource integration, conflict resolution, strategic analysis, and persuasive presentation.
Required Skills:
Medical Devices-Related Professional Skills:
Regulatory Compliance & Certification
Familiarity with Southeast Asian medical device regulations (e.g., ASEAN Medical Device Directive, local FDA requirements).
Experience in clinical registration and approval processes.
Knowledge of international standards (e.g., ISO 13485, CE, FDA, MDR).
Sales & Market Development
Expertise in B2B and B2G sales for medical devices.
Ability to develop distributor and agent networks.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Production & Quality Management
Understanding of medical device manufacturing processes.
Experience in factory operations, supply chain, and quality control.
Compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Technical & Product Knowledge
In-depth understanding of medical imaging, diagnostic, or therapeutic equipment.
Ability to provide technical training and product demonstrations.
Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Business Development & Strategic Planning
Market analysis and strategic planning for medical device expansion.
Government and healthcare institution relationship management.
Experience in tendering and public procurement processes.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Strong cross-cultural communication and adaptability.
Ability to present complex medical device solutions to stakeholders.
Leadership skills in managing sales and production teams.
