Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working location: Alexandra

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Provide recommendations and insights to hiring managers on candidate suitability
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective recruitment and selection techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
Salary:
4.200,00 SGD Monthly
