Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Working location: Alexandra

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Follow a prepared script to provide information about products or services
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients
Record and track leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma and above
Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
