Position: Recruitment Officer
Location: Havelock Road, King's Centre
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Diploma holder or higher in any field
