Project Executive (Interior Fit out & Renovation)

-- Basic: up to $4,500 + VB
-- Interior Fit out/ ID Main contractor with numerous well-known collaborated brands such as - Isuzu Opel, Far East Shipping, Farrer Park Hospital, Nanyang Optical, Konica Minolta & More.
-- One of the top leading firms with their own in-house carpenters and woodwork artisans in Singapore.
-- 5.5 days| Location: Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities
-- Ensure that site workers are adequately trained and equipped to carry out works in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner;
-- Liaison with clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers
-- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
-- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
-- Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
-- Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out;
-- Develop good communication and engagement with the client;

Requirements
-- At least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Building Services, or equivalent
-- Good knowledge and experience in commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects.
-- Experience in planning and supervision of all operational activities
