Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit out & Renovation)

-- Interior Fit out/ ID Main contractor with numerous well-known collaborated brands such as - Isuzu Opel, Far East Shipping, Farrer Park Hospital, Nanyang Optical, Konica Minolta & More.
-- 5.5 days | Location: Singapore, Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities
-- Measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations and final claims.
-- General quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties.
-- Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with specific deadline
-- Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
-- Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation.
-- Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and Evaluation and certification of contractors’ claim.
-- Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractor and supplier
-- Assist project team in dealing with contractual matters including extension for time or expenses claims, etc.

Requirements
-- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
-- Good knowledge and experience in tendering commercial/industrial/retail interior fitting out projects or any equivalent projects.
