Job Description
-- $4,000 - $6,000 + variable bonus

Responsibilities
-- Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.
-- Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines within the purview of MEP incorporating into the civil / structural and architectural.
-- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
-- Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works.
-- Monitoring of VOs and issue back charges in a timely manner.
-- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
Requirements
-- At least Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-- Relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise.
-- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools.
