Job Description

GCE A Levels / Diploma In Any Field, Preferably In Logistics or Shipping Operations.
Work Closely with Trading & Accounts Departments to Ensure Smooth.

JOB-SCOPE;
Coordinate with Relevant Parties (Eg. Buyers, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines) to Arrange Shipments and Ensure Cargoes Shipped Out as Per Schedule..
Prepare and Process Shipping Documents, Including Commercial Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Certificates Of Origin for CUSTOM Clearance at Destination.
Prepare LC Shipping Documents, Handle LC Shipments.
