Job Description
SOW(Statement of Works)
1. QR/ bar coding entry, inventory update
2.Cycle count/ inventory checks/ ID the cargo
3.Providing the required services to customer(s) before request(s)
4.Organising delivery/ collection & supervising the loading/ unloading
5.Communications with customers
6.Supervising service handlers & providers
7.Taking preventive actions and not just correctives for all errors & omissions FIVE DAYS WEEK
JD(Job Requirements)
Technical certificate, or diploma/ equivalent; Good Excel/ Word, written & verbal communication skills; Self-confidence, calm, self-starter, go-getter & an eager beaver; Passionate to serve; Preferably with iWMS or SAP knowledge BUT not essential; Work location @ TUAS SOUTH STREET 1
