Accounts Assistant

1. Daily Generate Customers Invoices and/or Credit Notes(If Any), Including Customers’ Transactions
2. Reconciliation of Their Daily Sales and Collections.
3. Preparation of Sales Report for Monthly GTO Submission. – To the Shopping Mall Management Office**
4. Preparation of month-end Customer Accounts Schedules and Assist in a year-end Audit.

In Additional, Maintain Any Queries from the Ground Operations Crews Side, includes Resolving Any Disputes From Them.

Job Requirements:
A Team Player with Effective Communication Skills, Including Show Initiative and Adaptable to Changes.
Well-Organised with Good Time Management to Priorities Work and Meet Customers’ Management Deadlines.

Working day: 5 Days
Working hours: 9 am to 6pm.
