Job Description
-Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry (AP), invoice processing, and filing.
-Prepare listing for petty cash
-Help tasks related to accounting
-Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments on finance-related matters
-Asisst in staff expense claim ( Cash Card )
-Perform any other administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills:
-Experience handling claims.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Understanding of progress payments in construction projects.
-Familiarity with GST regulations and tax compliance.
-Good organisational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in construction accounting or familiarity with project-based financial management is an advantage.
