Job Description
Research & Development Executive
New product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory trials to commercialization especially in sauces.
Improvement of existing product.
Experience in sensory evaluation & microbiological test.
Preparation of product costing.
Collaborate with marketing department to understand customer needs and requirements.
Conceptualize innovative products.
Ensure product creation compiles with customer and regulatory requirements.
Perform product shelf life study test.
Experience in sensory evaluation & microbiological test.
