Job Description

1. Oversee all inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, issuing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
2. Ensure all processes strictly follow SOPs and meet internal and external audit requirements.
3. Ensure goods are stored systematically for easy identification, traceability, and efficient retrieval.
4. Monitor and verify physical vs. system stock accuracy in ERP (Navision), and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes in accordance with the schedule.
6. Track and report non-conformances for incoming materials, and escalate quality issues to QA/Procurement.
7. Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO method is practiced to prevent material expiration or obsolescence.
8. Maintain control over rejected/defective material and implement a quarantine/segregation procedure.

B. Documentation & System Discipline
1. Ensure all inventory movements are promptly and accurately recorded in the ERP system.
2. Maintain updated and accurate records for goods receipts, delivery orders, stock adjustments, and issue notes.
3. File and safeguard supporting documents for traceability, compliance, and audits.
4. Ensure all delivery/receiving documentation is acknowledged with proper sign-offs.

C. Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Lead and supervise the store team, including daily task assignments, attendance, and performance tracking.
2. Provide on-the-job training to new or existing store assistants to ensure understanding of procedures and expectations.
3. Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, QA, Production, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
4. Drive a proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented culture in the store.

D. Warehouse Equipment & Safety
1. Ensure all equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) are maintained in good working condition.
2. Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety checks to comply with regulatory requirements.
3. Ensure materials are stored safely with no blocking of emergency exits, fire equipment, or walkways.

E. Housekeeping & Continuous Improvement
1. Uphold 5S principles in the warehouse to maintain cleanliness and organization.
2. Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce time wastage, improve accuracy, and optimize space utilization.
3. Monitor key KPIs such as picking accuracy, issuance lead time, stock discrepancy rate, and housekeeping score
4. Escalate critical issues (e.g., stockouts, delivery delays, space constraints) to management with proposed solutions.

F. Ad-Hoc Duties
1. Support any warehouse or logistics-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
2. Assist in physical audits, new layout planning, or project-based storage needs.
Salary:
$2,500.00 Monthly
