Job Description
Salary: Up to $7,500 (Commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Regional travel required

Your Role:
Business Expansion & Strategy: Develop new business opportunities and expand market share.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
Sales & Project Management: Handle RFQs, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with customer needs.
Market Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging automation technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant field.
3+ years of sales experience in automation, robotics, IIoT, or industrial solutions.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel regionally as required.
