Job Description
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including CPF contributions, income tax filings, and other mandatory deductions
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll discrepancies and provide necessary reports.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
• Maintain and update employees’ P-files and data
• Assist on other adhoc HR matters
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 year of working experience in related field
- Experience working in Hospitality/Real Estate/Property Management/Constructions is added advantage or other industry
- Experience in payroll and OT processing
- Working knowledge of employment act and industry best practices
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice
