Job Description
* Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers.
* Assisting the sales team with order processing and following up on customer inquiries.
* Maintaining customer records in ERP/CRM systems and ensuring accuracy.
2. Order Management
* Processing sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.
* Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure prompt delivery.
* Monitoring inventory levels and informing the sales team about stock availability.
3. Coordination and Communication
* Handling customer enquiries
* Updating customer price lists
* Liaising between the sales team and other departments such as finance, marketing, and operations.
* Organizing and scheduling sales meetings, events, or training sessions.
* Communicating changes in pricing, promotions, or policies to the sales team.
* Arranging sales visits for the sale team
4. Reports and Others
* Generating reports as required
* Undertake any ad-hoc assignments/tasks as required
Requirements:
* Candidates with relevant experience preferred
* GCE ‘N/O/A’ Levels/NITEC or equivalent
* IT savvy
* ERP experience preferred
* Team player as well as able to work independently
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Meticulous, well-organised and responsible
* Proficient in English and Mandarin languages (written and spoken) to liaise with customers
Monday to Friday work week.
