Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to oversee and manage the operations of our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring stock availability, managing pricing and listings, enhancing content, improving listing ranking, and optimizing onsite visibility. This role also involves order management, fulfilment, and after-sales service, as well as the development and execution of effective eCommerce strategies and marketing campaigns. Details of the key responsibilities are as follows:
1. Drive online sales performance and optimize product offerings through data analysis.
2. Maintain accurate stock levels to meet demand.
3. Implement competitive pricing strategies and manage product listings to enhance visibility.
4. Improve content for product listings to boost ranking and visibility using SEO best practices.
5. Enhance user experience and increase traffic through data-driven optimization of site navigation and product placement.
6. Ensure timely order fulfilment and optimize shipping processes in coordination with logistics partners.
7. Manage customer inquiries, returns, and refunds to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
8. Develop and propose strategies for sales growth and market expansion, supported by market research.
9. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, aligning them with overall business goals.
10. Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
11. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
1. 2-3 years of proven experience in ecommerce management and customer service
2. Proficient with ecommerce performance metrics and system
3. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary Package
Basic ($2500 to $3200 depending on skills and working experiences) + Incentives + Variable bonus
