Job Description

Objective:
Support and assists Sales Team by promptly handle customer enquiries, order processing and execution.

Main Tasks
· Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
· Liaise and coordinate with Operation department to expedite smooth and on time delivery.
· Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalating complex problems to superior.
· Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotations deadline.
· Maintain proper filing system for easy retrieval.

Generic Job Requirements
· Diploma in Business or Engineering. Bachelor Degree preferred.
· Experience in similar or related industry will be an advantage.
· Computer literacy, strong excel file is required (as we are doing mainly in workfile)
· Carries out administrative duties with attention to detail, professional in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem solving and result oriented
· Team Player with flexible working approach, open-minded thinking and entrepreneur mindset
· Able to work with multinational (International) customers/ suppliers etc
· Experienced Sales coordinator in piping materials (min 3 years)
