Job Description
Office Location: 80 Raffles Place (Sxxxxxxx) | Partly Remote
Requirements:
• SG citizen/PR
• No experience/degree needed
• Partly remote
Salary: $12/hr
Commitment: Flexible, 10 to 12 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
• Process applications and claims
• Liase with Admin department for documents
• Participate in development of information system / portal for claims
• Monitor and track fees collection and disbursement (expense management)
• Ensure adherence to policy by checking through documentations
• Schedule management
• Service company clients (e.g. accompany clients to important medical appointments)
• Organise team/division meetings and events
• Manage internal team and candidates
• Other Adhoc tasks
