Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants
- Conduct cold calls to prospective tenants and actively source for suitable concepts and brands for the retail properties under CDL’s portfolio
- Handle leasing enquiries and make recommendations of retails spaces to prospects
- Negotiate lease renewals, finalise lease agreements and other lease documentation
- Liaise with tenants on lease related matters including tracking of sales performance and arrears
- Conduct market research from time to time
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Independent, resourceful and driven
