Job Title: Product Manager

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Working Hours: 9am - 5.45pm

Basic start from $3,500 – $5,000

Benefits: 16 Days AL, Variable Bonus (Depends on company performance)

Job Description:

Oversees the development and management of Victron Energy and solar products
Collaborate with the sales team to design, market, and implement Solar solutions to ensure successful product delivery from concept to launch
Aid the sales team to design and implement Victron solar solutions
Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective execution
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.
Serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in solar energy, power electronics, or related industries
Must be able to design and create an effective solar solution for clients
Deep understanding of energy storage systems, solar energy products, and mobile power solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Minimum 2 years experience in integrating, implementing and electrical power design
