Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the facilities management services at assigned schools. This role involves managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with school representatives, contractors, and the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Plan and manage facilities projects in schools, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for school staff, contractors, and the operations team.
Ensure all project work meets the required quality and safety standards.
Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
Guide and lead a team of project executives to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide regular updates on project status to the Operations Director.

Requirements
With a minimum of 5 years of relevant
Compulsory Qualification & Experience:
Experience in project management, preferably in facilities management. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Oversees plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Familiar with PSSCOC and CoC terms and conditions for managing the A&A works with good track record and working experiences in the FM industry.
Salary:
8.000,00 SGD Monthly
