Able to Work Unsupervised and Maintain Professionalism. ( 3-4 Years Cust Support Working Experience )
Good Incident Knowledge in the Market as a Reference
Response , Answer , and Document all Calls / Cases In the Call-Center.
Business Contract Renewal In the Electronics & Systems Software Package Services Industry
Request Relating to Security Needs for Homes & Businesses ( Customers Base )
Follow & Work Towards KPIs Set by Leader.
To Ensure all Contracts Renewal Submission are Accurate and Supporting Documents are Uploaded into System Promptly
To Identify Areas for Improvement and Work Closely with Internal and External Stakeholders to Implement New Processes.

5 Days ( Mondays to Fridays )
