About The Werkx
The Werkx is a cosy space where we blend the Joy of Coffee and the Spirit of creativity with the Magic of a Smile. What started as a humble studio, has transferred into a place where people bring their imaginations to life and where friendships are forged through shared passions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping & financial operations
- Maintain a full set of accounts
- Handle general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payable functions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, audit schedules, and bank reconciliations
- Assist the team in AP (payment) activities
- Perform inter-company billing and reconciliation.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in accounting-related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling full-set accounts.
- Knowledge of Xero software will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Able to work independently, with diligence, meticulousness and the ability to interact and work with people of all levels.
- Able to start ASAP
Working arrangement:
- Work from Office at Macpherson, sometimes in the cafe.
