Job Description
· In charge in maintaining full sets of account
· Prepare monthly financial analysis for PL and BS
(actual vs budget: actual vs prior period)
· Prepare GST submission
· Assists in monthly reporting, computation for revenue and cost recognition
· Monthly allocation, cost accruals, project progress, etc
· Daily revenue reporting
· Perform Month end and Year end closing reports
· Prepare Bank reconciliation
· Assists in year end audit and tax
· Any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior
· Prepare Bank reconciliation —> Prepare Bank, Creditor and Revenue reconciliation
Competencies and Skills Required
Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure
Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / ACCA or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA
Min 3-4 years accounting experience
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Salary: $2,500.00 – $3,400.00 per month
